Hirschmann Studio provides architectural specifications consultancy on public and private projects in California, New York, Texas, and other states in the country.
HS works closely with the architectural firms to develop comprehensive and tailored specifications for their projects.
Our work includes commercial, residential, education, and institutional projects.
Process
INITIAL CONSULTATION
In our first meeting we will go over the project with the architecture firm. During this time, we will understand how the project is conceived, characteristics of the project, special materials, deadlines, and specifications iterations needed.
SPECIFICATIONS DEVELOPMENT
Before each submission deadline, we will work closely with the architectural firm and develop the project’s base specifications with the initial information that the architect provided. From this point forward, we coordinate with the architect and go over the project’s material and finish selection. As the project moves though the design phases, the specifications will develop in more detail.
REVISIONS
The specifications are revised and adjusted as needed in order to have a cohesive documentation with the project.
