When the owners acquired a rural property on Waialua, they were excited to put their stamp.

Efficiency and functionality were the main components in this project, always taking in consideration the amazing view of Mokuleia Forest Reserve.

“The Barn” is a T-shape building that contains a small residence, an office and a workshop connected by a covered breezeway that creates an outdoor room to enjoy the breeze and the views of the mountains.
